Mintr provides algorithmically-generated stock ratings, backtested strategy screens (Mintr Screeners), portfolio-tracking tools, and an AI-assisted search feature (MintAI), for informational and educational purposes only.

Mintr is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer, and nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Nothing here is a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, or to adopt any investment strategy. Mintr does not know your financial situation, goals, or risk tolerance, and no content on this site is personalized to you.

Ratings and strategy results are generated from historical and delayed third-party data and, for Mintr Screeners specifically, from simulated backtests — not actual trading results. See our Methodology & Limitations page for how those numbers are produced and what they don't account for. Past performance, simulated or actual, does not guarantee or predict future results.

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Conduct your own research and consult a licensed financial professional before acting on anything you see here.

An account (via Google sign-in or an emailed one-time code) is optional and exists only to sync your portfolio, watchlist, and preferences across devices — the core product works for signed-out visitors too. You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

If you choose to connect a brokerage account via Plaid, you authorize Mintr to retrieve your account holdings and transaction history through Plaid to build and display your portfolio, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Use Mintr lawfully and don't:

• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or place excessive automated load on the site or its underlying services (including scraping at a volume beyond normal individual use, or automating queries to MintAI beyond normal individual use — MintAI is rate-limited per user/session for this reason).
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data that isn't yours.
• Use the site to violate any applicable law or regulation, or to infringe anyone else's rights.
• Misrepresent Mintr's ratings, strategy results, or backtested performance as something other than what they are — algorithmically-generated, informational output, not advice or a guarantee.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe harms Mintr, other users, or third parties.

Mintr's ratings methodology, Mintr Screeners strategy logic, software, design, and content are owned by Mintr or its licensors. These Terms don't grant you any rights to that beyond what's needed to use the site normally. Your own data — your portfolio holdings, watchlist, and account information — remains yours; see our Privacy Policy for how it's handled.

Mintr is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Market data may be delayed and its accuracy is not warranted. Ratings, screens, and AI-generated responses may contain errors or omissions. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mintr and its affiliates are not liable for any loss or damage — including trading or investment losses — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, its ratings, its strategy screens, or MintAI's responses. This applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update these Terms, the site, or its features as Mintr evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we make material changes to these Terms. Continuing to use Mintr after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
